Registration Fee: $180 (includes lunch)

Program Description
The otter is a great metaphor for wellness, and in Native American culture there are a lot of stories about the otter’s ability to be happy, joyous, and free.  Unfortunately, many of us in the linear workplace have stopped playing and having fun at work.  In this workshop, participants will learn how to address stresses in their lives and strategies to help alleviate the stress.  Stress can result in lower productivity and excessive sick leave, and it can cause staff burnout.  Participants will learn a number of stress-reduction techniques based on the medicine wheel and other teachings that will help bring their lives, and the lives of the individuals with whom they work, back into balance.
