Webinar Description

With the diverse, generational makeup of organizations and businesses, a well-rounded workplace well-being program plays a potent role in positive cultural shifts involved in employee health and well-being, improved productivity and engagement, organizational turnover, and job satisfaction. Cultivating and providing programs and services that speak not only to your organization or business as a whole but also to the various generations defining your culture is important. With evidence-based research and data, we can begin to understand the key players involved in defining workplace culture while constructing a thoroughly designed needs assessment that includes all total well-being parameters that impact long-term health and longevity.
