About Dr. Francis Ardito

Dr. Francis Ardito has enjoyed a career in the field of health and wellness for over twenty years. He currently serves as Professor and Department Chair in the Biological and Health Sciences Division at the College of Lake County. During his tenure, Frank founded the Department of Health and Wellness Promotion, the Center for Health and Wellness Promotion, and the Museum of Health and Wellness. Dr. Ardito publishes and presents all over the world on topics including general wellness, exercise science, professional coaching, faculty development, and personal safety and self-defense. His eighth book, “Cooking for You: Wellness in the Kitchen!” is scheduled for a spring 2017 release.
