The WELL Building Standard is the first protocol of its kind to focus exclusively on human health and wellness in the built environment. WELL identifies specific conditions, that when holistically integrated into building architecture and design, can enhance the health and well-being of occupants. The event will share emerging innovations and evidence-based research about how we can design buildings specifically to support the health and wellness of the people who live, work and learn in them.
Following this presentation, participants will be able to:
explain the innovation and history behind the WELL Building Standard.
describe the role of all stakeholders, including human resources, in implementing WELL.
reinforce how to instill a healthy culture through the built environment.
bring ideas to facilities managers and CFOs within their organizations.
share project examples that show the application of WELL for both small and large organizations.
Free for NWI members! $60 for non-members.
