WellCert, Level 1: Certified Wellness Program Coordinator (CWPC)

Program Description
Learn the fundamental skills to design and implement a worksite wellness program. This program includes topics such as gaining management support, assessing needs, selecting program models, administrative infrastructure, and more.

Objectives
Participants will be able to:

1. plan and design a worksite wellness program for a small employer (i.e., less than 1,000 employees)
2. identify the key elements of program and administrative infrastructure for a worksite wellness program
3. describe the major steps for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating a worksite wellness program for a small employer
4. develop twelve key skills in the design, implementation and evaluation of a worksite wellness program in a small employer setting

Requirements: Complete 16 hours of required course sessions, participate in small group exercises and successfully complete the Challenge Exam for the Level I Coordinator course.

Levels 2 AND 3: $2,000

*Non-member registration includes one year membership in the National Wellness Institute starting the date conference registration payment is received.
