WellCert, Level 2: Certified Wellness Program Manager (CWPM)*

Program Description
Learn worksite wellness strategies for maximizing participation, using incentives, coaching effectiveness, confidentiality issues, biometric screening, virtual wellness techniques, health behavior change, program evaluation, and more.
*Prerequisite: WellCert, Level 1: Certified Wellness Program Coordinator

Objectives
Participants will be able to:

1. plan and design a worksite wellness program for a mid-size employer setting (i.e., 1,000 to 10,000 employees)
2. define the differences between a small and mid-size employer worksite wellness program
3. list the major attributes of what makes a worksite wellness program effective within a mid-size organization
4. describe how to go about evaluating their worksite wellness program in a mid-size employer organization

Requirements: Complete 16 hours of required course sessions, participate in small group exercises and successfully complete the Challenge Exam for the Level 2 Manager course.
