WellCert, Level 3: Certified Wellness Program Director (CWPD)*

Program Description
This program is focused on large-size organizations and developing the skills necessary for directing wellness programs. The topics covered are large organizational dynamics, enhancing motivation, risk stratification strategies, presenteeism, and expanding awareness.
*Prerequisites: WellCert, Level 1: Certified Wellness Program Coordinator and WellCert, Level 2: Certified Wellness Program Manager

Objectives
Participants will be able to:

1. plan and design a worksite wellness program for a large-size employer setting (i.e., more than 10,000 employees)
2. define the differences in an employer worksite wellness program for large employer organizations
3. lilist the major attributes of what makes a worksite wellness program effective within a large-size organization
4. describe how to go about evaluating their worksite wellness program in a large-size employer organization

Requirements: Complete 16 hours of required course sessions, participate in small group exercises and successfully complete the Challenge Exam for the Level 3 Director course.
