Webinar Description

With a growing number of multi-national companies and growing capabilities for a virtual workforce, it is not unusual for wellness professionals to be located in one country and be responsible for corporate wellness programs in other parts of the world. An unwell and disengaged workforce can be a big financial drain on a company. Wellness coaches may be coaching clients from different countries with unique cultural differences and well-being challenges. Even the term wellness can be interpreted differently around the world.

This webinar will introduce important factors to consider when offering parity of wellness services to employees located in different countries. Participants will have the opportunity to evaluate their global cultural competence, review trends in access to workplace wellness offerings and leave with a broader understanding of the opportunity for improving global well-being.

Objectives

Following this presentation, participants will be able to:

  • identify challenges impacting employees and employers worldwide.
  • evaluate their cultural competence.
  • define key components to providing parity in wellness services for multi-national companies.
