Webinar Description

GDP and income are important numbers, but they don’t tell us enough on their own. And, they don’t tell us what is actually happening in people’s daily lives. Gallup Senior Consultant Julie Ray will share the numbers that tell us exactly that--based on Gallup’s surveys of people’s emotional wellbeing and life satisfaction in more than 150 countries around the world. Julie will discuss Gallup’s latest findings on how the world is feeling – both the good and bad – from its recently released Global Emotions Report and this year’s UN World Happiness Report.

Following this presentation, participants will be able to:

  • list three findings from Gallup's Global Emotions Report.
  • describe how Gallup measures the world's emotional health and why it's important.
  • identify which countries are the global hotspots for positive and negative emotions.
