About the Presenters

Amanda Spring has been working in the healthcare/wellness industry for 19 years. Amanda is a Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist through American College of Sports Medicine and has vast experience as a Workplace Health Specialist. She has managed employee wellness programs for major healthcare systems, insurance carrier and numerous school districts. She also worked as a Manager/Consultant of Population Health for multiple award winning groups.

Brian Kern has served as Treasurer/CFO for two large school districts since 2013 and currently serves as Dublin City Schools Treasurer/CFO. Brian's depth of experience, proven track record of taxpayer dollars stewardship, private sector experience, and knowledge. He has led the way in helping two school district earn the highest possible credit rating from Standard and Poor’s, implement several successful cost cutting initiatives, create an innovative staff wellness program, and repeatedly earn the Auditor of State Award of Distinction for clean and accurate financial reporting.
