About the Presenter
Hanlie van Wyk, is a behavioral change expert, systems strategist, and author. Her career spans three decades and four continents, researching and applying behavioral change strategies to some of the most challenging behavioral problems. As director and lead change consultant with the Behavioral Research and Applied Technology Laboratory (BRATLAB), Hanlie studies, develops, and applies agnostic systems and practices that make change stick and result in high performing individuals and cultures. While BRATLAB’s framework can be applied to a wide variety of changes, Hanlie specializes in change strategies for a healthier, more productive workforce, more effective leadership, and fostering a more tolerant, inclusive workforce.
