The Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist (CWWS) training is the first step in becoming an expert in creating and implementing a thorough and effective worksite wellness program in a business setting. The CWWS trainings are two-day, in-person trainings, and are offered several times per year across the US. Becoming a Certified Worksite Wellness Program Manager (CWWPM) is the pinnacle of achievement for anyone working in worksite wellness. Earning the CWWPM certification proves that you’ve mastered the knowledge necessary to create a lasting, sustainable workplace culture that embraces and promotes the wellbeing of employees. The Wellness in Clinical Practice (WCP) certification was created to those who work in a clinical setting better understand wellness, and how to integrate the principles of evidence-based health behavior, health promotion, disease prevention, and whole-person wellness into their practices.
