Announcing the theme for the 44th Annual National Wellness Conference:
The Key to Thriving: Six Dimensions of Wellness
As professionals who envision a healthier and happier world, we collectively work to help individuals, communities, and workplaces thrive. With this in mind, the National Wellness Institute recognizes the interrelatedness of all Six Dimensions of Wellness—Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Spiritual, Social, and Occupational—and ways individuals can optimize each of them. We also consider how one’s environmental and financial wellness impacts their capacity to flourish in life. This person-centered, multidimensional approach aims to develop cultures of inclusive, whole-person wellness in which we can all thrive.
But what does it mean to truly thrive? And how can we unlock new doors to wellness for ourselves and the populations we serve? Attend the 44th Annual National Wellness Conference to find answers to these questions and more. The NWC’s presentations and workshops offer everything from evidence-based foundational knowledge to leading-edge techniques.
Join other well-minded professionals at this one-of-a-kind conference to experience how the Six Dimensions of Wellness can be a key to thriving. You will gain new skills, tools, and relationships to grow not only your professional wellness promotion competencies but also to enhance your personal wellness.
